Upadhyay & Company LLP began as a single practitioner's work in 1965 and is today a multi-partner chartered accountancy firm. ICAI Firm Registration No. AAJ-6356.

1965
The foundation
Founded by Lt. Shri Bhalchandra H. Shastri, a legal consultant in Southern Gujarat.
2010
Third generation
U&C LLP is formed in Surat under CA Prakruti Upadhyay (Pandya), with a focus on statutory audit, risk management and corporate advisory.
2011
Pune branch
A Pune branch is established to serve the corporate and MSME community in western India.
2020
U&C Solutions
U&C Solutions is set up under CA Deep Upadhyay for M&A, international consulting and corporate structuring.
2021
International offices
Offices are established in the USA, Australia and Bahrain.
Offices
Head office in Surat, Gujarat; branch in Pune, Maharashtra; and offices in the USA, Australia and Bahrain. The Pune office is at 504, Navasahyadri Society, Erandawane Road, Karvenagar.
