Upadhyay & Company LLP began as a single practitioner's work in 1965 and is today a multi-partner firm. We combine an established way of working with an advisory-led approach to audit, taxation, compliance and strategic counsel.

U&C LLP is formed in Surat under CA Prakruti Upadhyay (Pandya), with a focus on statutory audit, risk management and corporate advisory.

A Pune branch is established to serve the corporate and MSME community in western India.

U&C Solutions is set up under CA Deep Upadhyay for M&A, international consulting and corporate structuring.
